Will is driven by compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to social justice. An experienced mental health clinician and leader, he has significantly influenced mental health services in Australia and the UK, including roles in government, private sectors, and academia. As a consultant, coach, and mentor, Will employs an engaging and insightful approach to help individuals and teams achieve clarity and high performance. His workshops are known for their cultural sensitivity and practical strategies, empowering organisations to pursue meaningful change with renewed purpose.

Drawing on over a decade of experience in reflective practice models, he facilitates clinical supervision sessions that help individuals and teams process their experiences, strengthen resilience, and reduce the emotional toll of high-pressure work.

With particular expertise in supporting staff exposed to vicarious trauma, Will’s approach enhances role sustainability, engagement, and performance. By fostering open dialogue, psychological safety, and alignment with organisational values, his supervision sessions support:
